Senior Product Manager, PBM Member Experience

📋 Description

• Take ownership and enhance the vision for Rightway’s digital pharmacy experience, ensuring that members are at the forefront of every product decision.

• Develop intuitive and engaging features—such as drug search, cost transparency, benefits clarity, and personalized reminders—that simplify complex pharmacy benefits into seamless member experiences.

• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and clinical experts to devise elegant solutions that harmonize usability with operational and regulatory requirements.

• Leverage experimentation, analytics, and member feedback to consistently improve adoption rates, satisfaction levels, and overall outcomes.

• Motivate the team by sharing insights regarding member behavior and trends in digital health, converting them into actionable roadmaps.

• Lead and mentor an Associate Product Manager, cultivating a culture of creativity, empathy, and data-driven decision-making.

• Maintain a sense of curiosity—investigate how AI, digital retail, and consumer health innovations can enhance our member experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally combining consumer product and healthcare knowledge.

• Proven track record of launching B2C experiences that enhance engagement and promote habit formation.

• Proficient in experimentation, behavioral design, and data-driven optimization.

• Exceptional communicator and collaborator; capable of uniting engineers, designers, and clinicians around the member perspective.

• Enthusiastic about creating healthcare experiences that are as intuitive and enjoyable as leading consumer applications.

• Experience in digital retail pharmacy or PBM member experiences.

• Familiarity with regulated markets (Medicare) or pharmacy data standards.

• Practical experience in AI-powered product development or prototyping.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (MBA, MPH, technical discipline).
