This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of the roadmap for circlemedical.com and all patient-facing landing pages, concentrating on conversion rates, building trust, and enhancing organic/AI search performance.
• Manage conversion rate optimization throughout the entire patient booking funnel, from landing page to completed appointment booking.
• Work in close collaboration with our clinical, compliance, and marketing teams to introduce new areas of care, ensuring each launch is backed by a strong, easily discoverable online presence, clinically sound content, an optimized booking pathway, and a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
• Define and take responsibility for product acquisition metrics: booking conversion rates, new Area of Care (AOC) adoption, etc.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to engineering, maintaining a healthy project scope, clear prioritization, and a sustainable delivery rhythm through well-reasoned trade-offs and decision-making.
• Oversee product development across a wide engineering spectrum: natively create landing pages, manage our web booking flow, and handle back-end integration services, which necessitates strong cross-functional coordination and technical proficiency.
• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with significant emphasis on growth or conversion optimization within a consumer-oriented digital product.
• Proven expertise in SEO strategy and web performance, including content architecture, along with a solid understanding of how generative AI search is transforming discovery.
• Strong experimental skills: experience in implementing a structured A/B testing program and a history of utilizing experiments to achieve measurable improvements in the funnel.
• Startup mentality and adaptability to rapid environments – capable of navigating uncertainty, acting swiftly, and creating playbooks from the ground up.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across web and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, efficient web experiences promptly.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to influence stakeholders across clinical, marketing, and technical domains without direct authority.
• A track record of being accountable for outcomes, not just outputs – your success is measured by the number of new patients reached and booked, rather than features delivered.
• Practical experience with both qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Experience in launching new products or service lines from inception.
• Familiarity with AI and a builder mindset – comfortable utilizing tools like Cursor and Claude Code for inquiries, prototyping, and accelerating execution.
