Senior Product Manager – Partner Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Define Strategy: Establish the vision for Spotify’s AI-enhanced experiences across partner agents and mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with company objectives and user requirements.

• Lead Experience Development: Convert our core capabilities into engaging experiences across partner AI and agent-focused surfaces.

• Drive Ubiquity: Manage the roadmap for mobile ubiquity features such as widgets, lockscreen experiences, navigation surfaces, and other integrations that provide daily value.

• Partner with External Teams: Collaborate directly with key technology partners to co-create and launch integrated experiences, influencing partner roadmaps while ensuring high-quality execution.

• Collaborate Across Spotify: Work closely with Design, Engineering, Business Development, and other teams to deliver cohesive, scalable experiences based on shared patterns and dependable platform capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A seasoned Product Manager with a proven history of creating consumer-facing experiences, particularly those involving AI, mobile, or partner integrations.

• Proficient in managing external partnerships and articulating product needs clearly to cross-functional teams within and outside of Spotify.

• Capable of making decisions in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments where interaction models and partner capabilities evolve quickly.

• Experienced in collaborating with engineering and design teams to simplify complex constraints into polished, user-friendly experiences.

• An effective communicator and relationship builder who excels in multi-team, multi-partner settings and can align collaborators toward a common vision.
