Senior Product Manager, OX Retention & Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Drive retention and expansion growth within active organizations.

• Manage Average Processing Volume (APV) / Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) per active customer.

• Implement a cross-product adoption strategy for Organization Experience capabilities.

• Develop a retention and expansion roadmap with a 6–12 month outlook, aligned with the 2027 horizon.

• Create a discovery pipeline utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods.

• Identify churn signals and potential expansion opportunities.

• Conceptualize and validate ideas prior to delivery.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on retention and monetization.

• Recognize adoption obstacles and prioritize their resolution.

• Make decisions to scale, iterate, or discontinue initiatives based on their outcomes.

• Define North Star metrics and establish a metric tree for retention, adoption, and monetization results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS, focusing on retention, monetization, growth, or customer lifecycle domains.

• Proven experience operating at a Senior+ level with significant scope and influence.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to identify root causes of adoption and churn issues.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement cross-functional growth initiatives.

• Strong background in discovery processes, including customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel analysis, and hypothesis generation.

• Experience with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion strategies.

• Proficient in assessing opportunities and prioritizing initiatives based on business impact.

• Collaborative experience with Customer Success, GTM, PMM, and Product teams.

• Comfortable working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization techniques.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.

• Fluent in English (C1+ level).
