This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Focus on retention and expansion growth within active organizations
• Monitor Average Processing Volume (APV) / Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) per Active Customer
• Develop a cross-product adoption strategy for Organization Experience capabilities
• Create a retention and expansion roadmap for the next 6–12 months, aligned with the 2027 horizon
• Establish a discovery pipeline utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods
• Identify churn signals and expansion opportunities
• Conceptualize and validate ideas prior to delivery
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on retention and monetization
• Identify adoption blockers and prioritize their resolution
• Make decisions on scaling, iterating, or discontinuing initiatives based on their outcomes
• Define North Star metrics and a metric tree to track retention, adoption, and monetization outcomes
• Minimum of 5 years in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS, retention, monetization, growth, or customer lifecycle sectors
• Experience functioning at a Senior+ level with significant scope and influence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying root causes behind adoption and churn issues
• Proven track record in designing and executing cross-functional growth initiatives
• Extensive discovery background, including customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel analysis, and hypothesis generation
• Familiarity with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion strategies
• Ability to assess opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on business impact
• Experience collaborating with Customer Success, GTM, PMM, and Product teams
• Comfortable working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and influence
• Proficient in English (C1+ level)
