This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Drive retention and growth across current organizations.
• Monitor Average Processing Volume (APV) / Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) per Active Customer.
• Formulate a cross-product adoption strategy for Organization Experience capabilities.
• Create a retention and expansion roadmap for the next 6 to 12 months and the 2027 horizon.
• Develop a discovery pipeline incorporating both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Identify churn signals and potential expansion opportunities.
• Conduct concept development and validation prior to implementation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on retention and monetization.
• Recognize adoption blockers and prioritize their resolution.
• Make decisions to scale, iterate, or terminate initiatives based on their results.
• Establish North Star metrics and a metric tree for retention, adoption, and monetization outcomes.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS, focusing on retention, monetization, growth, or customer lifecycle management.
• Proven track record of operating at a Senior+ level with significant scope and influence.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to uncover root causes of adoption and churn issues.
• Demonstrated capability to design and implement cross-functional growth initiatives.
• Strong background in discovery processes, including customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel analysis, and hypothesis generation.
• Experience with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion processes.
• Ability to assess opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on their business impact.
• Proven collaboration skills with Customer Success, GTM, PMM, and Product teams.
• Comfortable working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and influence.
• Proficient in English (C1+ level).
