This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Focus on retention and growth expansion within active organizations.
• Manage Average Processing Volume (APV) / Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) per active customer.
• Implement a cross-product adoption strategy for Organization Experience capabilities.
• Develop a retention and expansion roadmap for the next 6 to 12 months, aligned with the 2027 horizon.
• Establish a discovery pipeline utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Identify churn signals and opportunities for expansion.
• Conduct concept development and validation prior to execution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at retention and monetization.
• Identify adoption blockers and prioritize their resolution.
• Make decisions on scaling, iterating, or discontinuing initiatives based on their outcomes.
• Develop North Star metrics and a metric tree focusing on retention, adoption, and monetization results.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS, focusing on retention, monetization, growth, or customer lifecycle.
• Proven experience operating at a Senior+ level with a significant scope and influence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for identifying root causes of adoption and churn issues.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement cross-functional growth initiatives.
• Robust background in discovery techniques including customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel analysis, and hypothesis generation.
• Experience in customer lifecycle management, retention, activation, or expansion efforts.
• Ability to assess opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on their business impact.
• Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Go-To-Market (GTM), Product Marketing Management (PMM), and Product teams.
• Comfortable working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Proficient in English (C1+ level).
