This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Establish Retention & Expansion Strategy: convert retention and monetization goals into a prioritized 6–12 month roadmap that unifies OX product teams around quantifiable customer and business outcomes.
• Lead Discovery & Opportunity Assessment: conduct structured discovery through customer interviews, behavioral analysis, and funnel reviews to identify adoption barriers and maintain a validated backlog of opportunities ahead of delivery.
• Manage Product Adoption & Expansion Initiatives: define and prioritize initiatives that enhance activation, onboarding, discoverability, and monetization across active organizations.
• Execute Cross-Functional Retention Programs: spearhead cross-team retention and expansion initiatives in close collaboration with PMM, CSM, GTM, and Product teams.
• Assess Outcomes & Foster Accountability: establish and uphold a metric tree for retention, adoption, and monetization, making decisions to scale, iterate, or halt initiatives based on measurable results.
• Utilize AI/ML for Retention & Expansion: identify and validate AI/ML opportunities for segmentation, churn prediction, and personalization in collaboration with Data and Engineering teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS, retention, monetization, growth, or customer lifecycle contexts.
• Experience functioning at a Senior+ level regarding scope and influence.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for uncovering root causes of adoption and churn challenges.
• Demonstrated capability in designing and executing cross-functional growth initiatives.
• Strong background in discovery processes: customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel assessment, and hypothesis development.
• Experience with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion processes.
• Proficiency in sizing opportunities and prioritizing initiatives based on business impact.
• Proven collaboration experience with Customer Success, GTM, PMM, and Product teams.
• Comfort with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English (C1+ level).
