This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
• Focus on retention and growth across active organizations.
• Manage Average Processing Volume (APV) / ARR for each Active Customer.
• Develop a cross-product adoption strategy for Organization Experience capabilities.
• Create a roadmap for retention and expansion over the next 6–12 months, with a 2027 outlook.
• Establish a discovery pipeline that incorporates both qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Identify churn signals and pinpoint expansion opportunities.
• Develop and validate concepts prior to implementation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at retention and monetization.
• Identify adoption blockers and prioritize their resolution.
• Make decisions to scale, iterate, or discontinue initiatives based on outcomes.
• Define North Star metrics and a metric tree focusing on retention, adoption, and monetization results.
• A minimum of 5 years in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS, focusing on retention, monetization, growth, or customer lifecycle.
• Experience operating at a Senior+ level, with significant scope and influence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to uncover root causes of adoption and churn issues.
• Proven track record in designing and executing cross-functional growth initiatives.
• Extensive experience in discovery processes, including customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel analysis, and hypothesis generation.
• Familiarity with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion strategies.
• Ability to evaluate opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
• Experience collaborating with Customer Success, GTM, PMM, and Product teams.
• Comfortable working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English (C1+).
