This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure that product decisions align with the strategic goals of the organization and effectively communicate the vision and outcomes to other teams.
• Assist colleagues in establishing success criteria and desired outcomes for Epics.
• Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Provide solution alternatives that balance capacity with demand.
• Contribute to a well-defined backlog of actionable tasks for cross-functional Delivery Teams, clearly communicating Acceptance Criteria that aligns with the Epic content.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and interests.
• Conduct user interviews to gain insights into customer challenges.
• Ensure that work is prioritized according to the strategic direction.
• Maintain alignment between the work delivered in each release and the strategic vision of the organization.
• Identify risks and obstacles within backlog items and ensure they are effectively addressed.
• Coordinate and engage in product releases and change management initiatives.
• Prepare, organize, and communicate release notes to clients or internal users.
• Create and monitor metrics to enhance processes and validate they are on track.
• Mentor, coach, and train team members as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically including a minimum of 1+ years in a Senior Associate role or an external equivalent.
• A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in product or service development, including the capability to measure the value of solutions provided to customers.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience related to solution design and engagement with full stack development techniques, with a strong emphasis on End User usability and UX designs.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify and propose persona/outcome combinations for business impact.
• Experienced in data engineering with ties to the development and management of logical data models, including experience with big data.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelines.
• Proficient understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systems.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management, representing interests, and promoting collaboration.
• Strategic mindset capable of aligning product decisions with organizational strategy.
• Proficient in vetting, preparing, executing, and delivering Features and User Stories.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying the strategic vision and outcomes to diverse teams.
• Experience in conducting user interviews and generative or evaluative research to guide decision-making.
• Familiarity with backlog management, prioritization techniques, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in product or service development.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing backlogs and dependencies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
