This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +16 more states.
• Take charge of product experiences and systems that affect acquisition, conversion, monetization, expansion, and retention.
• Create and advance monetization strategies encompassing pricing, packaging, subscriptions, billing, and account growth experiences.
• Spot opportunities to enhance customer value realization while fostering business growth.
• Prioritize projects based on their impact on customers, potential revenue, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Guide the design, testing, and optimization of pricing and packaging models across various products and customer segments.
• Manage product requirements and execution related to pricing, packaging, billing, checkout, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Finance to ensure the precise implementation of monetization systems and policies.
• Track pricing performance and suggest modifications based on customer behavior, market trends, and business objectives.
• Oversee self-service growth opportunities throughout the customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, and expansion.
• Identify and enhance friction points within crucial conversion funnels.
• Work with Marketing and Revenue teams to refine growth experiences across web, product, and lifecycle interactions.
• Assess emerging opportunities such as AI search, answer engine optimization (AEO), and new customer acquisition channels.
• Manage enterprise administration capabilities that facilitate team management, user provisioning, permissions, billing administration, and account governance.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Customer Success teams to uncover opportunities that enhance account expansion and team adoption.
• Improve administrative experiences that cater to both self-service and sales-assisted customer interactions.
• Utilize analytics, experimentation, and AI-powered tools to comprehend customer behavior, usage patterns, conversion drivers, and pricing sensitivity.
• Establish success metrics and track business performance related to monetization and growth initiatives.
• Leverage data and customer research to identify opportunities and validate product decisions.
• Employ AI-enabled tools to expedite research, analysis, experimentation, and product development workflows.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to implement growth and monetization initiatives.
• Align stakeholders around priorities, success metrics, and business outcomes.
• Articulate product strategy, trade-offs, progress, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Over 5 years of Product Management experience with responsibility for monetization, pricing, growth, billing, subscriptions, or related product areas.
• Ideally includes managing payment or billing systems at a significant scale (e.g., $10M+ ARR).
• Experience in optimizing self-service customer journeys, covering onboarding, conversion, checkout, upgrades, expansion, and retention experiences.
• Bonus for candidates who have designed and launched new pricing tiers or usage-based models.
• Familiarity with subscription, usage-based, or hybrid SaaS business models.
• Proven experience utilizing experimentation, analytics, and customer research to guide product decisions.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Revenue, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Preferred experience with enterprise administration, account management, team management, or governance capabilities.
• Domain expertise in SaaS, data platforms, sales intelligence, fintech, venture, or marketplace businesses is preferred.
• Strong understanding of product-led growth, monetization, pricing, packaging, and subscription business models.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capability to convert data into actionable product insights.
• Experience in designing and optimizing customer journeys, conversion funnels, and growth experiences.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data-driven product decision-making.
• Solid product management fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, delivery, and measurement.
• Ability to balance customer experience, business outcomes, and technical limitations.
• Demonstrated curiosity and comfort in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity, research, and decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capable of functioning effectively in ambiguous and evolving problem spaces.
