This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in managing and contributing to the product roadmap focused on member experience, ensuring alignment with product leadership and cross-functional partners regarding priorities and timelines.
• Collaborate with members of the Product, Design, and Engineering teams to brainstorm, prioritize, and implement solutions aimed at enhancing engagement, satisfaction, and utilization across both web and mobile platforms.
• Establish and monitor product and usage metrics to evaluate success and guide ongoing enhancements to the member experience.
• Create digital measurement strategies and performance reports for new feature launches, employing a data-driven, test-and-learn approach.
• Conduct both internal and external research to uncover opportunities for enhancing the member experience, supporting recommendations with data and insights.
• Engage in continuous discovery and gather user feedback to identify unmet needs, refining the overall member experience, which includes both digital self-service and personalized human interactions.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure effective alignment and consistent communication.
• 5-7 years of experience as a product manager in healthcare, focusing on consumer or B2B2C digital experiences (both web and mobile).
• Ability to effectively balance stakeholder requirements with business objectives and prioritize across competing demands.
• Experience utilizing both quantitative and qualitative insights to guide product decisions.
• Understanding of contact centers and their performance metrics.
• Proven experience managing backlogs and translating strategic goals into actionable, high-impact deliverables.
• An exceptional team player who thrives in ambiguity and proactively anticipates and resolves issues.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, agile environment, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with product, design, and project management tools such as Jira, Miro, Figma, Lucid, and Product Board.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, and MixPanel.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Analytics) or equivalent experience.
