Senior Product Manager – Medicaid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Medicaid product encompassing federal reporting (T-MSIS, CMS reporting, and MES interfaces), analytics (claims, quality, redetermination, and eligibility, including program oversight dashboards), agentic workflows, and Medicaid-specific platform functions.

• Conduct discovery sessions and gather requirements directly with state Medicaid agencies.

• Remain informed about changes in Medicaid policy, including eligibility redetermination cycles and recent federal legislation, and interpret their implications for the product.

• Establish agentic workflows and predictive analytics for Medicaid operations and oversight, ensuring accountability for all federal submissions.

• Act as the product subject matter expert for Medicaid initiatives and RFP submissions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in product management with extensive Medicaid experience, particularly in state Medicaid agency operations, Medicaid managed care, or both.

• Strong understanding of federal reporting frameworks and Medicaid analytics related to quality, cost, claims, MCO performance, and eligibility.

• Knowledge of the MMIS / MES landscape and Medicaid data.

• Experience with AI or agentic functionalities in a regulated environment, along with the discernment of where automation is applicable and where human involvement is necessary.

• Must be US-based and capable of collaborating with state Medicaid agency relationships.

• Prior experience working with state Medicaid agencies or Medicaid technology vendors is preferred.

• Familiarity with CMS certification contexts (for instance, streamlined modular certification) is preferred.

• Up-to-date knowledge of redetermination processes and recent Medicaid policy changes is preferred.
