Senior Product Manager – MarTech, SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for lead management and distribution, ensuring alignment with company goals and market prospects.

• Convert business objectives into product priorities, balancing long-term vision with incremental value delivery.

• Propel Go-to-market decision-making to guarantee that business objectives from product launches are met.

• Quantify and model opportunity sizes to guide investment choices and sequencing.

• Lead cross-functional planning, ensuring resources are dedicated to the most impactful initiatives.

• Collaborate with leadership to establish pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies within your area.

• Utilize AI to enhance product development workflows, including research, PRD development, prototyping, analysis, and experimentation.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of both lead buyers and sellers by regularly engaging with customers to identify pain points and opportunities.

• Convert customer insights into actionable strategies and feature development.

• Stay updated on competitor trends, compliance regulations, and technological advancements that affect the lead ecosystem.

• Ensure that customer feedback is central to product decisions and trade-offs.

• Establish customer feedback mechanisms, including a customer advisory board, to consistently validate product direction.

• Define and take ownership of the core business metrics for your product area, including lead volume, quality, conversion, yield, and ROI.

• Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to pinpoint opportunities, validate hypotheses, and assess success.

• Collaborate with analytics teams to set up clear KPI tracking and visibility for leadership.

• Integrate experimentation and testing frameworks to evaluate product enhancements and GTM effectiveness.

• Foster high-quality, predictable delivery in collaboration with engineering and design.

• Lead scoping sessions and manage prioritization among multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

• Ensure new features are launched with defined success criteria, tracking, and operational readiness.

• Partner with Product Marketing and Client Success to strategize GTM launches and customer onboarding that yield measurable business impact.

• Maintain accountability for outcomes and continuous improvement following release.

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, client success, sales, and finance to meet shared goals.

• Serve as the main point of contact for your product area, ensuring clear communication of priorities, progress, and results.

• Promote alignment and transparency across teams; proactively identify risks and trade-offs.

• Represent your product domain in company-wide planning, portfolio reviews, and leadership updates.

• Exhibit full ownership from problem identification through to solution delivery and adoption.

• Mentor and support Associate PMs or peers in discovery, prioritization, and customer engagement.

• Embody urgency, accountability, and customer obsession in line with company values.

• Contribute to a culture where team members feel engaged, challenged, and recognized for their impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS, Marketing Tech, or Lead Management setting.

• Proven history of executing product launches that directly affect business outcomes.

• Extensive experience in building and optimizing web-based applications with complex UI workflows to ensure intuitive and high-performing user experiences.

• End-to-end ownership: demonstrated success in managing a roadmap, defining metrics, and driving ROI.

• Strong customer empathy and experience in conducting customer research and validation.

• Proven ability to size opportunities, make data-driven trade-offs, and create business cases for investment.

• Practical experience in defining and executing GTM strategy (launch plans, pricing, packaging, and adoption).

• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with financial models, performance dashboards, and experimentation frameworks.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; capable of influencing across teams and levels.

• Experience with lead management, distribution, or marketing automation is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code and Claude Design.
