Senior Product Manager – Marketplace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of the marketplace interactions between General Contractors and Subcontractors on our platform.

• You will maintain a healthy equilibrium between supply and demand, and develop systems that ensure robust liquidity on both sides.

• You will oversee search, matching, and recommendation systems that connect Subcontractors with projects in a manner that enhances relevance and bid rates.

• You will evaluate marketplace metrics and convert them into actionable hypotheses and priorities.

• You will pinpoint AI use cases for matching and recommendations, collaborating with our designers and engineers to implement them.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, specifically with two-sided or multi-sided marketplaces.

• Proven experience in understanding supply-demand dynamics: how to generate adequate supply, foster enough demand, and balance the sometimes conflicting interests of both parties.

• Familiarity with search or matching algorithms, or experience working closely with data and engineering teams on ranking or recommendation strategies.

• Strong analytical capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of marketplace metrics like liquidity, conversion, and network effects.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools such as LLM-based assistants, MCPs, and no-code prototyping regularly in your daily tasks.

• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
