This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Bridge the Opt-In Quality Gap: Enhance the short-term product publishing rate of the self-serve Opt-in channel by identifying funnel drop-offs and implementing user-friendly UX solutions, effectively closing the activation performance disparity with the assisted Sales channel.

• Foster Autonomous Self-Serve Onboarding: Boost the percentage of merchants who can successfully complete store setup, product publishing, and their first transaction without direct assistance from Addi teams by developing comprehensive automated guidance, localized tools, and contextual validation processes.

• Expand Catalog Depth and Multi-Product Ingestion: Significantly increase the usage of Bulk Upload tools by reengineering the product data ingestion pipeline and improving error-handling workflows, establishing Addi's initial benchmark for average products per merchant.

• Enhance Commercial Velocity (Time-to-10-Sales): Measure and expedite the "Time-to-10-Sales" metric by implementing automated post-onboarding growth loops, feature placement strategies, and seller dashboard analytics designed to promote long-term merchant retention.

• Minimize Operational Firefighting: Reduce internal engineering and operations support requests related to integrator failures and product approval delays by creating self-healing error notifications and automated product taxonomy validation tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in B2B marketplace or e-commerce merchant-side product management (MUST HAVE)

• Exhibits a profound structural understanding of two-sided supply dynamics, specifically what influences or hinders a business owner during digital onboarding.

• Has a proven history of developing features that enhance catalog depth, inventory management, or seller dashboard functionality rather than solely consumer-facing flows.

• Shows exceptional operational fluency and the ability to continuously convert fire to signal (MUST HAVE)

• Comfortably serves as the first point of product response for live incidents (e.g., connector bugs, onboarding issues) without compromising progress on essential roadmap initiatives.

• Utilizes daily operational challenges as data-driven insights to identify, draft specifications for, and systematically create long-term platform solutions.

• Possesses strong innate instincts for self-serve business products (MUST HAVE)

• Pinpoints specific drop-off moments in complicated data-entry or store setup funnels and addresses them through refined design rather than increasing customer support manpower.

• Upholds a high standard for intuitive product design, ensuring that business-facing workflows operate smoothly without manual intervention.

• Holds substantial expertise in technical integrations and data architecture pipelines (MUST HAVE)

• Collaborates effectively with engineering teams on intricate data flows, third-party connector tools, bulk upload systems, and API frameworks.

• Converts complex technical limitations into clear merchant-facing instructions and UX content without needing engineers to craft user pathways.

• Proven record of data-driven funnel execution and cross-functional influence (MUST HAVE)

• Develops, measures, and monitors detailed user-journey dashboards; prioritizes product backlogs based on thorough cohort analysis rather than stakeholder opinions.

• Aligns diverse, cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Engineering) around shared supply-side KPIs by proactively fostering clarity and technical agreement.

• Experience in high-scale product data systems or localized Latin American e-commerce (PREFERRED)

• Previously optimized catalog ingestion engines, content moderation models, or item taxonomy frameworks.

• Possesses contextual knowledge of the specific technical constraints, infrastructure challenges, and user behaviors typical of Colombian or broader LatAm SMB merchants.
