Senior Product Manager, Marketing Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy and implementation of how ChowNow promotes on behalf of thousands of restaurants.

• Transform the product from one that necessitates restaurant owners to set up campaigns into one that suggests, executes, and validates campaign outcomes.

• Manage the creation and automation of campaigns across email and SMS.

• Oversee the diner database and the consent model.

• Control the agentic layer that translates restaurant data into marketing actions without increasing the workload for restaurant owners.

• Establish the company standard for incrementality and ensure the organization adheres to it.

• Foster the activation and adoption of the campaign tool.

• Report directly to the Senior Vice President of Product.

• Fully own the Marketing Agent domain without any direct reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Proven experience in owning products from the definition of the problem through to launch.

• Practical experience with lifecycle or campaign products, including email, SMS, CRM, automation, or segmentation products that have been shipped and operated.

• Direct experience in building with AI or agents, focusing on shipped work rather than experiments.

• Proficient in SQL and product analytics.

• Capable of extracting and interpreting personal data.

• Experience managing metrics where attribution was disputed.

• Skilled in defending a measurement approach to stakeholders.
