Senior Product Manager, Lighthouse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the Lighthouse strategy and operational framework, including ICP, value proposition, entitlements, and success metrics.

• Create a unique Lighthouse customer journey that encompasses pre-sale, launch, and continuous value delivery.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Launch, Customer Success, Support, RevOps, and Engineering to ensure deal progression and customer satisfaction.

• Lead the Lighthouse roadmap and integrate multi-location functionalities into a unified platform (rather than a separate fork).

• Engage significantly with customers in the field and convert insights into tangible outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management.

• A builder mindset — flourishes in uncertain environments, creates prototypes rapidly, and learns through hands-on experience.

• Technically proficient — adept at reading code, understanding systems, and collaborating closely with engineers.

• Quick to prototype — employs AI, SQL, Figma, no-code tools, or lightweight coding to validate concepts and expedite execution.

• Strong product operator — a demonstrated history of successfully launching high-impact products.

• Customer-focused — excels in discovery, building relationships, and translating customer requirements into product strategy.

• Business-oriented — possesses knowledge of unit economics, go-to-market strategy, and growth drivers.

• Cross-functional leader — capable of aligning teams and making decisions across engineering, design, and market strategies.

• Entrepreneurial mindset — takes full ownership with an owner’s perspective; previous founders are highly valued.
