Senior Product Manager, Lab

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage a prioritized Lab portfolio/backlog that includes clear hypotheses, anticipated benefits, effort, dependencies, and current status.

• Identify the most critical assumptions for each initiative and design experiments with defined kill criteria.

• Conduct rapid experiments (spikes, prototypes, wizard-of-oz, pilots) and deliver "just enough" product to gain insights—avoiding unnecessary overbuilding.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to execute pilots and equip them to capture significant signals.

• Transform outcomes into clear decisions: Scale / Iterate / Pivot / Kill—and avert "zombie projects."

• Maintain simple decision logs and learning summaries to ensure alignment with leadership and GTM teams.

• Recognize GTM dependencies early (positioning, enablement, pricing, legal, support, etc.) and facilitate cross-functional coordination.

• When signals are robust, prepare a comprehensive handoff package detailing what was validated, supporting evidence, remaining risks, success metrics, and a proposed scaling plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior PM experience in 0→1 / incubation / new ventures (or an equivalent track record).

• Strong product judgment and technical fluency: capable of writing specifications, evaluating feasibility, trade-offs, instrumentation, and data requirements.

• Comfortable taking charge: minimal delegation with maximum ownership.

• Proven track record of executing quick, innovative experiments and transitioning from uncertainty to informed decisions.

• Excellent communication skills: able to produce succinct decision logs, learning summaries, and alignment documents.

• Leverages AI for research, synthesis, prototyping, and analysis while ensuring high-quality judgment is maintained.
