Senior Product Manager – Investments, Funding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Investments & Funding sector.

• Discover growth opportunities through customer research, market analysis, and competitive insights.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure product initiatives are aligned with business goals.

• Oversee products throughout their entire lifecycle, from discovery and validation to launch and optimization.

• Convert customer and business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, risk, and effort.

• Promote rapid experimentation and data-informed decision-making.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of customer needs, motivations, and challenges.

• Develop products that alleviate financial anxiety and assist customers in reaching their financial objectives.

• Keep abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments in investments, savings, and digital finance.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to effectively deliver product initiatives.

• Articulate product strategy, priorities, progress, and insights to stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Act as the subject matter authority for the Investments & Funding product domain.

• Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure products comply with regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management for customer-oriented digital products.

• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following sectors: Investments, Savings and Funding Products, Fintech, Digital Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Marketplaces, Consumer Finance, App development, or Digital Platform Enterprises.

• Proven track record in launching, scaling, and enhancing digital products.

• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and analytics teams in an agile setting.

• Strong grasp of customer-focused product development and discovery methodologies.

• Experience in balancing commercial objectives, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.

• Strategic thinker with robust business and commercial insight.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.

• Capability to transform ideas into validated concepts and scalable products.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
