
Senior Product Manager, Interoperability Engine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the development of product positioning and core messaging that resonates with target buyers and customer segments.
• Collaborate with Sales on the active pipeline: participate in strategic deals to demonstrate how Redox’s solutions uniquely fulfill their needs.
• Establish the business case for new partnership integrations (enrichment partners, network on-ramps, clearinghouses): including commercial models, revenue share structures, and adoption paths.
• Work alongside Marketing on launch strategies, encompassing content creation (white papers, case studies, blogs) and release plans.
• Create and maintain field enablement materials: including battle cards, capability one-pagers, objection-handling guides, and demo narratives for the interop engine product area — ensuring updates reflect product and competitive landscape changes.
• Responsible for the entire lifecycle of new connectivity and data enrichment — strategy, discovery, prioritization, requirements, launch readiness, adoption, and commercial narrative.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Solution Engineering to synchronize commercial intent with technical feasibility, development plans, and user experience.
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), utilizing data analytics and user feedback to shape product strategy and assess adoption/success.
• Monitor the regulatory landscape (TEFCA, CMS rulemaking, 21st Century Cures, FHIR R4/R5) and convert compliance deadlines into product investments.
• Over 5 years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS software company, preferably in the Healthcare technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully launching B2B SaaS products to market, including responsibility for market segmentation, GTM strategy, and supporting pipeline generation.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise software, SaaS business models, and intricate B2B sales cycles.
• In-depth knowledge of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources).
• Technical proficiency with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities to clearly articulate complex issues and drive progress in ambiguous or uncertain situations.
• Balances daily execution with strategic, long-term thinking, forecasting future possibilities and their impacts on the business.
• Builds consensus and secures commitment by providing sound justifications for recommendations that effectively address stakeholder needs and concerns, including those of the C-Suite.
