• Take full ownership of both inbound and outbound data integrations, steering the strategy in alignment with the vision and priorities of the Workflow Automations group.
• Develop and sustain both traditional API integrations and agentic MCP-based integrations.
• Advance the platform to enable customers, partners, and agents to build upon it with assurance.
• Enhance key integrations that drive significant business impact, and establish the onboarding process for new ones.
• Collaborate with the Automations team to ensure integrations serve as the foundation for AI agent activities without creating surface fragmentation.
• Establish the architectural direction for integration platforms, working closely with engineering to evaluate associated trade-offs.
• Define and take charge of the next phase of Integrations, outlining a clear thesis and quarterly roadmap.
• Shape group-level decisions through impactful storytelling and strategic articulation.
• Keep abreast of competitors, market trends, and evolving customer expectations, particularly in the rapidly changing AI landscape, to pinpoint opportunities and steer strategy.
• Collaborate across functions, including engineering, design, research, marketing, customer success, sales, and Partnerships, to align on priorities and technical direction.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate tasks such as discovery, analysis, documentation, and decision-making.
• A strategic thinker with robust product instincts and a strong sense of ownership.
• Extensive experience as a Platform PM; you have successfully built or launched integration platforms, connector frameworks, or developer-facing surfaces, and understand the intricacies of scaling them.
• Comprehensive knowledge of developer-facing surfaces, including APIs, webhooks, SDKs, OAuth and authentication flows, and event systems.
• Familiarity with agents, LLMs, context management, and RAG.
• Understanding how integrations support workflow automation and agentic actions, along with a solid perspective on the platform transition occurring across both domains.
• An AI-native mindset; you actively engage with LLMs, agents, and tool use frameworks, considering AI fluency as a fundamental advantage rather than a mere buzzword.
• Technical depth and comfort in discussing the fundamental mechanics of an integrations product with engineers, including authentication flows, connector architecture, rate limiting, retries, and event flows, beyond just the abstraction layer.
• Comfort in technical trade-off conversations regarding reliability, observability, performance, and changes to partner contracts.
• Strong product intuition with the ability to discern what contributes to a reliable, deep, and seamless integration surface.
• A customer-first approach with strong discovery and validation abilities; able to pair early customer insights with data for swift idea testing.
• Excellent storytelling and strategic framing skills; capable of aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and leadership through clarity and narrative.
• A collaborative triad leader who fosters strong relationships with engineering and design teams while leading through influence.
• High agency coupled with a proactive mindset.
• Strong product craftsmanship, including the ability to write clear specifications and manage complex initiatives across teams.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization; capable of defining measurement models for the Integrations surface without relying on a data analyst for every inquiry.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguous environments and defining direction where none exists.
• Experience working within distributed and remote teams, maintaining alignment and momentum asynchronously.
• A mindset oriented towards continuous learning, improvement, and collaboration.
• Proven experience in shipping integration platforms or iPaaS products such as Zapier, Make, Workato, Tray.io, or n8n.
• Experience as a PM on a third-party integrations surface within a horizontal SaaS ecosystem like Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Notion.
• Experience in designing developer platforms, including SDKs, developer portals, marketplaces, and partner programs.
• Experience launching an LLM-powered or agentic feature where integrations served as the action surface.
• Experience working with external partners and partner business development teams.
• We operate as a unified team.
• Advocate for our diverse customer base.
• Equal-opportunity employer.
