This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take ownership and lead the strategic development of the product roadmap for shipping insurance offerings, aligning user demands, market potential, and business profitability objectives.
• Create and execute engagement strategies, growth initiatives, and monetization models to systematically enhance Annual Contract Value (ACV) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Collaborate with users and utilize data analytics to gain insights into both explicit and implicit needs within the shipping insurance sector, pinpointing opportunities for new product innovation.
• Work in tandem with high-performing engineering, marketing, and business development teams to guarantee scalable product delivery that enhances both user satisfaction and commercial success.
• Establish, track, and assess success metrics, including monetization, user engagement, retention rates, and product adoption, incorporating behavioral insights and user feedback to foster continuous improvement.
• Make informed, data-driven decisions across various domains—from product features to pricing strategies and user acquisition—that optimize user experience and business results.
• Draft and evaluate Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for intricate B2B and B2C features, ensuring effective communication of user requirements and business goals.
• Collaborate with team members to cultivate a culture centered on user-centricity, innovation, and commercial excellence within the Personal products vertical.
• Over 6 years of product management experience demonstrating success in B2C products, ideally within the Insuretech sector.
• Proven capability to enhance user engagement, retention, and monetization in consumer products, yielding measurable impacts on essential business metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities, with experience in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user behavior analytics.
• Comprehensive understanding of consumer psychology, user experience principles, and the ability to design intuitive, engaging product experiences.
• Experience in pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and a solid grasp of unit economics in B2C enterprises.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
