This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Convert concepts and feedback into a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Understand customer challenges to gather user needs, requirements, and pain points.
• Collect and accurately represent user feedback to the Engineering team, providing supporting evidence for trade-offs and priorities.
• Collaborate closely with PMM to facilitate go-to-market strategies regarding product differentiation, including the creation and updating of presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers.
• Leverage your extensive product knowledge to make informed decisions about our go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering.
• A BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management.
• More than 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proficient in using or developing developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services.
• Capable of discussing APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts.
• Proven experience in driving the adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Design teams to create delightful products and features with solid user experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across various functions.
