This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.
• Drive Strategic Discovery: Lead interdisciplinary teams in performing in-depth market research and user exploration to uncover unexploited opportunities.
• Rapid Hypothesis Validation: Establish and assess fundamental product hypotheses using MVPs, quick prototyping, and 'painted-door' tests to detect 'lethal risks' at an early stage.
• Product Strategy Architecture: Integrate intricate qualitative and quantitative data into a unified strategy, establishing the North Star metric and initial roadmap for the project.
• Business Leadership: Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Legal to devise go-to-market strategies while partnering with Finance to forecast long-term unit economics and scalability.
• Mentorship & Culture: Act as a mentor and coach for junior Product Managers. Lead by example in product expertise, communication, and strategic thinking, effectively enhancing the capabilities of your team.
• Operational Excellence: Develop the frameworks, tools, and processes that enable the company to launch new products in a predictable and repeatable manner.
• Executive Influence: Provide critical 'Go/No-Go' recommendations to executive leadership based on data and market indicators.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a minimum of 3 years specifically concentrated on 0-to-1 product development or within startup settings.
• Demonstrated success in launching a new product or significant business line that gained measurable market traction.
• Experience engaging at an advanced level, showcasing the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Ambiguity Mastery: You excel in situations where the way forward is not clearly defined.
• Technical Depth: You can confidently engage in architectural discussions and comprehend how technical trade-offs affect business agility.
• Lean Methodology: Possess expert-level knowledge of experiment design, rapid iteration, and the philosophy of 'failing fast.'
• Storytelling: Capable of conveying a compelling vision that motivates both your team and your investors (whether internal or external).
