This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Market & Customer Intelligence
• Lead structured Voice of Customer initiatives across target segments — including direct customer interviews, win/loss assessments, advisory boards, and field feedback loops
• Conduct thorough market sizing, segmentation, and competitive analysis to guide strategy and investment decisions
• Engage with industry analysts and participate in relevant forums to shape market narratives and gather forward-looking insights
• Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Own the comprehensive product roadmap for front-of-lifecycle data center infrastructure services
• Define the product vision based on market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and customer needs across various segments and geographies
• Identify white space opportunities and create recommendations that promote differentiation, revenue growth, and operational scalability
• Business Case & Investment Planning
• Develop robust business cases for new capabilities and investments, encompassing market opportunity analysis, financial modeling, pricing strategy, and ROI projections
• Establish success metrics and KPIs for each capability area; determine clear go/no-go criteria and monitor performance post-launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure plans are based on realistic growth targets, cost structures, and profit margins
• Stakeholder Alignment & Leadership Engagement
• Create and present compelling executive-level presentations to secure investment, alignment, and decisive actions from Leadership Teams
• Foster cross-functional consensus among Technology/Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and Finance — managing competing priorities and navigating organizational complexities
• Maintain a clear, regularly updated product narrative that keeps stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the product lifecycle
• Service/Technical Build & Go-to-Market
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other go-to-market teams to formulate positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies for new capabilities
• Partner with Technology/Engineering on software development
• Work with Operations to define onsite/shop floor processes, including service specifications, SLAs, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with delivery stakeholders
• Launch & Scale
• Coordinate with end-to-end teams (from Marketing to Billing) to ensure service capabilities are operationally prepared for scaling
• Assist in enablement efforts
• Support pipeline development through customer engagements, RFPs, and executive briefings; act as a product subject matter expert in customer-facing discussions
• Establish feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance service quality and customer satisfaction, measured through NPS scores
• Monitor product performance against the success metrics/KPIs set before launch
• 15+ years of Product Management experience, focusing on enterprise data center infrastructure
• Extensive domain knowledge of the Data Center ecosystem — including Hyperscale cloud builders (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, etc.), Neo Cloud / GPU cloud operators, Enterprise DC environments, and CoLo providers (Equinix, Digital Realty, etc.)
• Practical familiarity with front-of-lifecycle workflows: hardware procurement and configuration, rack and stack, staging and integration, deployment logistics, and smart hands services
• Proven ability to develop and present business cases and strategic plans to senior leadership, achieving buy-in across complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong analytical skills — proficient in building financial models, sizing markets, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities; capable of translating technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives for executive and customer audiences
• Experience engaging with industry analysts and customers as a product spokesperson
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an MBA is preferred.
