• Customer-Led Prioritization: Prioritize integration initiatives based on customer requirements, product impact, technical feasibility, and operational complexity.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the liaison among engineering, design, operations, GTM, sales, CX, and partners. Convert customer and partner needs into precise technical specifications, manage interdependencies, and facilitate delivery.
• Quality & Reliability: Focus on data accuracy, synchronization reliability, error management, observability, and supportability to ensure integrations function effectively within real customer workflows.
• Measure Integration Impact: Set and monitor KPIs for technical performance and customer outcomes, including adoption rates, reliability, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive Product Feedback: Transform integration insights into clear, actionable feedback for Remote teams regarding enhancements and improvements across APIs, CLIs, and the overall product.

• Stakeholder Management: Strong capability to align cross-functional stakeholders, navigate trade-offs, and maintain team focus on critical customer needs.

• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code (Required): You must be capable of independently building, debugging, and deploying functional code and prototypes—not just writing specifications. You can comprehend sample code, API responses, and integration flows hands-on.
