This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and implement essential initiatives within the DocUpdate product roadmap.
• Convert business goals and customer requirements into comprehensive product specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to produce high-quality product advancements.
• Prioritize features and initiatives according to customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Lead projects from initial discovery to final launch with minimal supervision.
• Leverage product analytics platforms (such as Mixpanel or similar) to assess user behavior, engagement, and adoption trends.
• Evaluate platform usage data and pinpoint opportunities to enhance workflows, user experience, and feature utilization.
• Provide data-driven insights regarding new features, enhancements, and UI/UX improvements.
• Define metrics and success criteria for new initiatives.
• Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation for development teams.
• Organize and prioritize tasks within Jira or equivalent project management tools.
• Collaborate effectively with both internal and offshore engineering teams to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• Engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning activities.
• Work closely with leadership, engineering, operations, and commercial stakeholders to align priorities and drive results.
• Clearly communicate product vision, priorities, and project status across teams.
• Assist in establishing scalable product management processes as the company expands.
• Over 5 years of Product Management experience in a software or technology-focused organization.
• Proven experience overseeing software development projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong background in drafting product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Proficient in using Jira or comparable product management/project tracking tools.
• Familiar with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, or similar.
• Proven ability to utilize product data and user behavior insights to inform product decisions.
• Experience collaborating closely with software engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
