Senior Product Manager, Hardware

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of next-generation hardware devices for our clientele.

• Act as the representative for customer feedback and needs.

• Identify customer challenges and unmet requirements.

• Create Product Requirements Documents to guide hardware production.

• Oversee vendors and international suppliers.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive environment.

• Lead through influence across various departments.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success teams.

• Handle multiple projects while addressing product requests.

• Evaluate and monitor product KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a dynamic hardware development setting, with a record of launching a minimum of 2 hardware products to market.

• Strong knowledge of the hardware product development lifecycle.

• Experience in establishing strategic partnerships with hardware vendors and suppliers.

• Proven ability to build products from the ground up, with a keen product instinct and a focus on user engagement.

• Exceptional communication skills, including the capability to visually present ideas.

• Demonstrated skills in time management, prioritization, and organization.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Background in user experience design and research.

• Proficiency in data mining and/or querying.

• Experience in delivering products in Voice AI, conversational interfaces, or wearable hardware is preferred.
