This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Influence the way patients interact with Imagine Pediatrics.
• Manage the systems and processes that facilitate new market launches.
• Ensure that newly eligible patients are correctly identified, directed, and assisted.
• Design and enhance the overall experience from eligibility to the first clinical interaction.
• Collaborate with Outreach (call center) teams to boost conversion rates, efficiency, and overall experience.
• Identify and minimize obstacles within the funnel to decrease the cost of acquisition (CAC).
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of and document workflows related to health plan data ingestion and outreach operations.
• Direct the complete product lifecycle utilizing a build–measure–learn methodology.
• Conduct discovery sessions across operations, clinical teams, and leadership to pinpoint constraints and identify opportunities.
• Work in close partnership with operations, outreach leadership, clinical teams, engineering, and data personnel.
• Align stakeholders in go-to-market strategies, care delivery, and product development.
• Enhance enrollment conversion rates while reducing operational inefficiencies.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within healthcare, growth, or operational platforms.
• Proven experience in managing products that enhance conversion, onboarding, or initial engagement.
• Exceptional ability to map and streamline complex workflows across various teams and systems.
• Demonstrated success in executing cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, and operations.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with operational teams (e.g., call centers, outreach, or care coordination).
• Experience in defining and enhancing metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, time to value, or engagement.
• Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus points for experience in: Health plan integrations, eligibility systems, or payer-driven workflows; Care management platforms or clinical operations; Working with Medicaid populations or value-based care models; Developing tools for non-technical operational users.
