This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take full ownership of the onboarding, activation, retention, and engagement product experience from start to finish.
• Create and implement a comprehensive growth roadmap in collaboration with Lifecycle Marketing and Product Marketing Management (PMM).
• Establish product strategy for your domain, informed by customer insights, business impact, and data analysis.
• Detect friction points throughout the user journey and convert them into quick, testable opportunities.
• Lead experiments across onboarding processes, engagement cycles, and retention efforts.
• Collaborate closely with Research and Data teams to gain a profound understanding of customer behavior and usage trends.
• Provide structure and clarity in prioritization, assisting teams in concentrating on the most impactful opportunities.
• Foster measurable enhancements in activation rates, repeat usage, and engagement metrics.
• Influence cross-functional teams in Product, Marketing, and Leadership to foster shared accountability for growth results.
• Elevate the quality of product thinking, experimentation, and execution discipline.
• Extensive experience in product management focused on growth, onboarding, retention, or engagement challenges.
• A demonstrated history of enhancing product usage metrics that lead to substantial business outcomes.
• Profound expertise in experimentation and hypothesis-driven product development.
• High proficiency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or comparable platforms.
• Strong product intuition with the capacity to balance rapid execution with thoughtful decision-making.
• Experience collaborating closely with Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Data, and Research teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill ambiguity into clear actionable steps.
• A highly customer-centric approach, rooted in both qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and the capability to thrive in dynamic environments.
