Senior Product Manager, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy and roadmap for member onboarding, from sign-up to the first session, ensuring alignment between short-term execution and a sustainable long-term vision.

• Enhance activation and initial engagement by pinpointing drop-off areas, creating interventions, and rapidly iterating through A/B testing and quick experiments.

• Develop cohesive experiences with trusted partners to boost referrals and minimize barriers to care.

• Construct personalized experiences by utilizing AI to comprehend and adapt to client needs, preferences, and constraints.

• Manage growth instrumentation by defining key events, measurement, and analytics to deliver actionable insights on member behavior.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to implement onboarding flows that reduce friction and enhance therapeutic success, balancing quality, speed, and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a Product Manager creating innovative, consumer-facing products.

• Proven experience in growing and optimizing digital health, digital therapy, or psychiatry platforms.

• Background in a telehealth or digital mental health organization, where you’ve developed a solid understanding of therapy adoption, patient engagement, and behavioral health user journeys.

• Strong history of growth-oriented product development, particularly in user acquisition, activation, and retention.

• Experience leading data-driven product decisions utilizing tools like Mixpanel, Looker, or proprietary A/B testing platforms.

• Capability to dissect complex problems on both business and technical fronts.

• Exceptional empathy and user focus, motivated by a commitment to making therapy more accessible.

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on rigorous hypothesis testing and experimentation skills.

• Business savvy—you can swiftly assess value, effort, and dependencies for new initiatives.

• Clear communicator who ensures alignment across cross-functional teams.
