This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the INSTRUMENT growth funnel from start to finish: including acquisition through various paid and owned channels, onboarding/activation, free-to-paid conversion, and retention.
• Establish growth hypotheses, design and execute experiments (such as pricing, logged out web pages, onboarding, lifecycle messaging, and in-product journeys), and integrate both quantitative and qualitative data to determine what can be scaled.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to refine flows from initial concept to final delivery. You possess a keen design eye to identify issues before they reach the engineering phase.
• Manage delivery in partnership with engineering: create clear specifications, conduct sprints, monitor progress, and uphold quality standards.
• Monitor performance across your platforms using our analytics tools, take ownership of event instrumentation, and utilize data for precise prioritization decisions.
• Influence the product aspect of growth: pinpoint funnel gaps, suggest hypotheses, determine when to experiment versus when to implement changes, and highlight modifications that significantly impact results.
• Employ modern tools such as AI assistants, research synthesizers, and internal tools as an integral part of your workflow.
• 5–8 years of experience in product management, preferably within B2C SaaS subscription-based products.
• Demonstrated success in leading growth, lifecycle, and funnel optimization projects with a solid history of measurable business outcomes.
• Extensive knowledge of experimentation frameworks, analytics, and metrics-driven decision-making (including A/B testing, cohort analysis, LTV, ARPS, conversion, and retention).
• Strong product intuition with the capability to balance customer experience, platform limitations, and business objectives.
• Comprehensive understanding of subscription economics and hybrid/usage-based pricing models.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, with a background in influencing without direct authority.
• Knowledge of lifecycle marketing and value proposition messaging.
• Competitive salary with annual performance reviews and equity opportunities.
• Unlimited paid time off to relax and rejuvenate.
• Extensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family members.
• 401(k) plan with immediate vesting and company matching contributions.
• 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for non-birthing parents, and 18-20 weeks for birthing parents.
• Option to work remotely or collaborate at our office hubs and creative spaces around the globe.
• Annual budget dedicated to learning, leadership development programs, and opportunities to serve as a team ambassador.
• Engaging events, team gatherings, and active Employee Resource Groups.
