This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete registration process: from the moment a visitor arrives to when they officially join the Greenlight family.
• Identify and remove obstacles at each stage: including form design, identity verification, plan selection, payment processing, and onboarding transitions.
• Develop and manage a prioritized backlog of experiments driven by funnel analytics, user research, and competitive analyses.
• Aim for 6+ experiments each month, crafting tests that are statistically valid, quick to implement, and easy to analyze.
• Define and take ownership of the main success metric: registration conversion rate (completed registrations / sessions) throughout the entire funnel, using registration start as a leading indicator.
• Prioritize experiment surfaces based on traffic volume, focusing on high-traffic flows to achieve statistically significant results in completed registrations.
• Strive for quality in registrations, not merely quantity - monitor downstream indicators such as engagement and early retention.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate tests across registration screens, pricing presentations, plan descriptions, onboarding stages, and upsell features.
• Create strategic growth initiatives that extend beyond minor optimizations.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure a seamless transition between advertising creatives and the landing/registration experience, minimizing intent-to-action drop-off.
• Partner with the Upgrades PM to design a unified journey from acquisition to premium conversion.
• Apply customer psychology in your decision-making: understand what drives parents to begin, what causes hesitation, and how to craft flows that instill confidence at every stage.
• Draft clear, actionable product requirements that facilitate engineering rather than restrict it.
• Operate within an agile framework with a dedicated team: maintaining a high execution pace while overseeing Legal and Compliance reviews in a regulated field.
• Clearly and consistently communicate experimental outcomes, product strategies, and roadmap priorities to senior management.
• Iterate swiftly: leverage post-launch data to shape the next experiment before the current one loses relevance.
• Over 6 years of product management experience, emphasizing conversion funnel optimization, growth, or registration/onboarding for consumer-facing products.
• A demonstrated history of successful experimentation - you have led high-velocity experiment initiatives (4+/month) and possess the expertise to design, analyze, and sequence tests for optimal learning.
• Profound familiarity with funnel analytics: you should be capable of extracting your own data, proficient in SQL or BI tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker), and able to differentiate between signal and noise.
• Strong cross-functional instincts - you have successfully navigated intricate stakeholder landscapes including Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Payments, and understand how to operate swiftly within established constraints.
• Executive presence: you communicate effectively across all levels, tailor your message to your audience, and proactively provide updates without needing prompts.
• Ownership mentality - you actively recognize gaps, suggest solutions, and follow through. You don’t rely on a playbook to initiate tasks.
• Sense of urgency and resourcefulness: experience in dynamic, high-growth settings where speed is crucial and you independently resolve challenges.
• Insights into customer psychology - you contemplate the reasons behind user behaviors, not just their actions.
• Medical, dental, vision, and HSA matching
• Paid life insurance, AD&D, and disability coverage
• Traditional 401k with company matching
• Unlimited paid time off (PTO)
• Paid company holidays and additional bonus holidays
• Professional development stipends
