Senior Product Manager, Growth

📋 Description

• Identify, prioritize, and launch innovative products centered around merchants that enhance revenue and customer value.

• Manage daily product operations, including detecting bugs and leveraging opportunities through a thorough understanding of data.

• Oversee the daily establishment and tracking of KPIs, requiring strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.

• Utilize SQL to develop a data-driven strategy, uncover insights, and resolve issues.

• Lead various teams of software and data engineers to design and implement site features for all users.

• Collaborate closely with the SEO team to convert overarching search strategies into scalable product features and automated page improvements.

• Compose detailed PRDs and outline technical requirements that provide engineering with the clarity necessary to create robust, high-performance systems (SSR, Schema, etc.).

• Work alongside designers to launch programmatic page templates that emphasize user outcomes and intuitive design at scale.

• Define the comprehensive vision and direct the roadmap and backlog for the site, ensuring that every project contributes to long-term growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience in an SEO product role or collaborating with an SEO team.

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field), Business, or Marketing.

• A Bachelor's degree in any field combined with 4 years of experience in Product Management.

• Extensive experience with technical workflows; the ability to engage in architectural discussions, manage technical debt, and guide engineering teams through complex deployments.

• Experience collaborating with or closely working with an SEO team to drive product-led site growth.

• Knowledge of technical fundamentals such as SSR, Schema, metadata, and site performance.

• Proficiency in managing large data files using SQL, Python, and/or R.

• Strong understanding of A/B testing, user research methodologies, and utilizing data to inform product decisions.
