Senior Product Manager, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of conversion rate optimization throughout the e-commerce funnel, from the initial website visit to the final sale.

• Develop and implement the product roadmap for our martech team.

• Promote experimentation and make decisions based on data.

• Minimize costs and manual efforts in marketing and inside sales by leveraging advanced automation and AI-driven workflows.

• Assess and integrate new tools and platforms, weighing the options of building versus buying.

• Foster a product-oriented culture and establish effective working methods in a team that has not previously had a dedicated Product Manager.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders from growth, marketing, and inside sales across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce, marketing, sales, or related fields for consumer-facing digital products in growth.

• A customer-centric approach, consistently seeking to enhance the customer experience through regular research and experimentation.

• Ability to excel in fast-paced environments, working collaboratively across functions and inspiring your team toward common objectives.

• Data-driven mindset with practical experience in utilizing insights, analytics, and experimentation to refine and guide strategy.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in both English and German.

• Bonus points for experience with AI chatbots, conversational marketing, or lead enrichment/scoring.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and low/no-code funnels.

• Background in the energy, climate, or sustainability sectors.

• Practical experience with no-code/low-code platforms and AI-assisted development tools.

• A curious mindset and openness to adopting next-generation tools (such as LLMs), ensuring continuous adaptation to technological advancements.
