This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Convert strategy and research into practical requirements utilizing the jobs-to-be-done framework to prioritize essential workflows for GovCon customers.

• Facilitate AI-assisted product development through multi-agent workflows, rapid iteration, and thorough quality review, enabling swift decision-making within a fusion delivery model where framing, PRD development, prototyping, and iteration occur alongside development at an accelerated pace.

• Create and lead a forward-thinking roadmap for AI-first GovCon ERP capabilities, enhancing Unanet’s competitive advantage in GovCon through vertical data, in-depth workflows, and compliance.

• Monitor competitive and market trends in GovCon and incorporate those insights into roadmap, positioning, and strategic decisions for building a competitive moat.

• Exhibit strong cross-functional communication, collaboration, and execution to promote launch readiness and facilitate post-launch learning and growth.

• Establish success metrics, evaluation methods, and feedback loops for LLM- and agent-driven experiences, including human-in-the-loop validation as necessary.

• Take ownership of your domain, presenting information and addressing inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in evolving the product function within an AI-first organization, demonstrating effective use of AI in daily operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management.

• At least 3 years of experience in the Government Contracting (GovCon) sector, or substantial experience in developing software solutions for GovCon clients.

• Proven track record of thriving in a hyper-Agile and AI-enhanced product development environment, converting customer and market insights into clear product requirements, prototypes, and launch-ready solutions.

• Experience in designing or shaping agentic workflows, LLM-powered experiences, or AI-enhanced product functionalities.

• Strong technical understanding, including the capability to comprehend system architecture, data models, information retrieval methods, and data flows, while asking pertinent questions to translate complex technical ideas into valuable product outcomes.

• Proficient in utilizing analytics and data-driven insights to guide product decisions and assess business impact.

• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, encompassing fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI-enabled products.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business, functional, and technical requirements to ensure successful product delivery.

• Highly collaborative, self-motivated, accountable, and execution-focused, with a history of delivering high-quality products.
