This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop the strategy for the Gift Cart and convert it into a comprehensive roadmap that includes clear priorities and justifications for each decision made.
• Engage regularly with customers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs), collaborating with the analytics team to analyze data and identify growth opportunities for informed decision-making.
• Create detailed specifications that engineers can utilize, ensuring all requirements and edge cases are thoroughly addressed.
• Oversee the journey of features from concept to launch, collaborating closely with design and engineering teams throughout the process.
• Monitor product performance and growth metrics such as conversion rates, average gift size, and error rates, while gaining insights into their driving factors.
• Equip CSMs and Sales teams with the necessary information prior to each launch, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed in advance.
• Maintain alignment among stakeholders regarding priorities, timelines, and any alterations in plans.
• Proven experience managing a product area from start to finish, demonstrating accountability for outcomes rather than merely completing tasks.
• Capability to formulate a strategic plan and roadmap covering a 12 to 24-month horizon, with the ability to articulate the rationale behind your decisions.
• Strong data orientation: proficient in analyzing funnels, grasping numerical data, and identifying potential growth avenues.
• Proficient in writing specifications that engineers can work from—clear and comprehensive, leaving no unanswered questions.
• Systems thinker: able to view the product holistically, comprehend interdependencies, and predict the consequences of decisions.
• Excellent understanding of user experience: knowledgeable about what constitutes a positive experience and able to effectively advocate for it within your team.
• Comfortable collaborating across various functions, including design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
