This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the product strategy and roadmap for RevenueCat's new Workflows and Funnels offerings.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of your customers by engaging with potential clients to explore their use cases and pinpoint feature gaps hindering adoption. Collaborate with existing customers to resolve their issues and assist them in maximizing their revenue. Proactively assess and investigate problems rather than solely delegating to engineering. Dive into the desires of growth teams and the challenges they encounter, recognizing the importance of these products in the growth toolkit of modern applications.
• Propose, develop, and sustain new features that provide genuine value, allowing customers to effortlessly create engaging experiences, analyze outcomes, and iterate swiftly.
• Establish a clear vision. Formulate a cohesive, intentional, and impactful plan, breaking it down into manageable segments within a realistic timeline.
• Execute effectively. Work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to launch these growth tools successfully. This role necessitates collaboration and requires a comprehensive understanding of the individual products and the interconnected infrastructure.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, technical product engineering, or analytics, with significant time spent on mobile app growth.
• Strong analytical skills. You require data platform access to perform your job effectively and are highly skilled in SQL (or similar tools); you are eager to learn any necessary tools. You enjoy conducting in-depth data analysis independently and have experience in developing robust, scalable metrics.
• Technical aptitude is essential. While coding isn't a primary requirement, the ability to prototype with code (using your preferred AI stack) is necessary. You have a solid understanding of how RevenueCat operates—distinguishing between simple and complex aspects within our domain. Even if you haven't built and launched a mobile app yourself yet, you possess enough knowledge to collaborate closely and independently with technical teams. You can discuss APIs, data models, and risk logic with engineering partners and appreciate delving into system intricacies.
• Exceptional communication skills. You convey complex concepts clearly and concisely—both in writing and verbally, whether synchronously or asynchronously, across different time zones and mediums. You effectively articulate your points.
• Competitive equity in a rapidly growing Series C startup supported by leading investors, including Y Combinator.
• A 10-year window to exercise vested equity options.
• A fully remote work environment that fosters autonomy and flexibility.
• Suggested 4 to 5 weeks of time off to recharge and prioritize mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
• $2,000 USD allowance to create your personal workspace.
• $1,000 USD annual stipend for your ongoing learning and development.
