Senior Product Manager, Fraud and Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of credit risk evaluation and reserve management: Lead the strategy for how Remote assesses, scores, and mitigates credit risk.

• Fraud prevention and detection: Manage fraud controls, freezing mechanisms, and dispute processes.

• Automation of compliance: Oversee the complete onboarding compliance process — including KYB verification, AML screening, and background checks.

• Develop adaptable, platform-oriented systems: Favor solutions that can be configured and extended by operations teams without requiring engineering support.

• Collections and enforcement collaboration: Work closely with Collections and Treasury on risk reserves, payment blocks, and enforcement measures.

• Deliver iteratively at speed: Guide a product team focused on high throughput and significant ROI.

• Manage stakeholders across risk, operations, and finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Cursor and/or Claude Code is essential.

• Fluency in AI technologies.

• Experienced Product Manager, with a proven history in platform, API, or products tailored for operational teams.

• A platform-oriented mindset.

• Strong understanding of UX principles.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Quick learner with a growth-oriented mindset.

• Excellent judgment in making strategic (prioritization) and tactical (feature scope) decisions.

• Language: Business-level proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Domain advantage (preferred): Experience with risk/compliance platforms and third-party screening or fraud detection tools.
