β€’ Develop a thorough understanding of the key moments where qualification, financing, payment, invoicing, and billing significantly impact representative efficiency, closure rates, job size, cash flow, and customer trust.

β€’ Maintain consistent communication with customers through interviews, on-site visits, call reviews, and various direct interactions.
