Senior Product Manager – Filings and Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business performance for TaxAct's payment and filing experiences.

• Identify, prioritize, and implement initiatives that foster the adoption of product enhancements and additional offerings.

• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for payment and filing experiences.

• Promote ongoing improvements throughout the entire filing and payment process.

• Guide product discovery initiatives through customer insights, market trends, and competitive assessments.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors and strategic partners to analyze and enhance payment solutions.

• Effectively convey product vision, priorities, and business results to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of product management experience within software, fintech, tax, financial services, or other highly regulated sectors.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven experience in defining product strategy, creating roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of AI-powered products, tools, and functionalities.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.

• Experience in designing and assessing experiments, including A/B testing.

• Resourceful, adaptable, and focused on execution.

• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a dedication to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
