This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Timekeeping, T&M, and related field data capture workflows.

• Oversee the migration of Timekeeping and T&M functionalities from an acquired solution into Autodesk’s platform.

• Convert established requirements and legacy workflows into product definitions, user stories, and acceptance criteria tailored for Autodesk.

• Collaborate daily with engineering teams to refine the backlog, clarify project scope, make trade-off decisions, and support the execution throughout the delivery process.

• Maintain a well-organized, prioritized backlog that balances migration tasks, customer value, technical limitations, and strategic platform requirements.

• Work closely with design, engineering, and related PM teams to adapt Timekeeping, T&M, and field workflows to fit Autodesk's user experience and cross-product integration standards.

• Identify areas where acquired features should be matched, simplified, enhanced, or reimagined for the target platform.

• Foster alignment among product, engineering, design, internal platform teams, and other stakeholders affected by the migration.

• Establish phased delivery plans and measurable success criteria for adoption, workflow efficiency, quality, and business impact.

• Remain attentive to the needs of customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring the team is focused on delivering the highest-value results.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product management with responsibility for complex SaaS or workflow-driven products.

• Demonstrated success in owning outcomes throughout the stages of discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration.

• Strong background in closely collaborating with engineering teams in a delivery-focused environment.

• Experience in backlog management, refining requirements, prioritization, and release planning.

• Proven experience in leading complex workflow, integration, migration, or platform transition initiatives.
