Senior Product Manager – FastEdge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Define, oversee, and continuously enhance the long-term vision and strategy for FastEdge, pinpointing the most impactful revenue-generating opportunities within B2B edge computing applications.

• Serve as the strategic leader for edge compute and serverless functionalities, proactively discovering new opportunities in logic execution, traffic manipulation, security automation, and AI-driven workflows.

• Propel product differentiation in a competitive edge and serverless market by anticipating market trends and customer requirements ahead of the competition.

• Act as the product expert on developer experience (DX), taking ownership of onboarding, usability, APIs, tools, documentation, and overall developer productivity.

• Ensure that FastEdge maintains a balance between developer-centric workflows and enterprise-level necessities such as scalability, reliability, and security.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering leadership to shape platform architecture, APIs, and technical trade-offs, ensuring long-term scalability and extensibility.

• Maintain a strong focus on strategic direction by effectively prioritizing across multiple initiatives, managing complex trade-offs, and proactively eliminating obstacles across teams.

• Convert strategy into clear, high-quality product requirements and user workflows in partnership with engineering and design teams.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to establish positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for FastEdge.

• Act as a key advisor to Sales, providing product guidance, materials, and strategic insights to support enterprise deals.

• Ensure that product decisions directly contribute to commercial success and revenue enhancement.

• Lead execution across various workstreams, ensuring consistency and alignment among teams.

• Direct data-driven product iteration post-launch by monitoring adoption, usage, and customer feedback to foster continuous improvement.

• Partner with Technical Writing and Documentation teams to establish and uphold developer-first documentation standards.

• Regularly communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to senior stakeholders and leadership, influencing priorities and investment choices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager focusing on technical B2B products, ideally in cloud, infrastructure, or platform sectors.

• Required proven experience with edge runtimes (e.g., Cloudflare Workers, Akamai EdgeWorkers, Fastly Compute@Edge, or similar).

• Strong comprehension of edge computing, serverless architectures, and distributed systems.

• Demonstrated ability to work on platform products that harmonize developer workflows with enterprise customer requirements.

• Experience in agile, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.

• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• High level of technical literacy: ability to confidently discuss architecture, APIs, and technical trade-offs with engineering teams (without being a hands-on engineer).
