This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the feature roadmap and execution for production workflows within the Exteriors segment.
• Analyze the comprehensive workflow of enterprise clients to pinpoint friction points, inefficiencies, and gaps that lead to rework, delays, or lost revenue.
• Drive customer discovery and market research to develop a profound understanding of the operational dynamics in the exteriors industry.
• Convert intricate, multi-step field operations into user-friendly product experiences suitable for both office and field personnel.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver AI-driven features — such as intelligent recommendations, automated workflows, and agentic first experiences — that significantly minimize manual work for operators at scale.
• Establish, monitor, and communicate success metrics linked to efficiency improvements, user adoption, and customer results.
• Work in conjunction with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment on advanced AI solutions and release features that generate tangible business value for clients.
• Identify, monitor, and resolve cross-team dependencies before they escalate into obstacles.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven history in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience managing operational, workflow, or field-service products.
• Familiarity with serving the construction, trades, or service sectors is a significant advantage.
• Keen instincts for workflow analysis: you can navigate how a business functions, identify breakdowns, and design fitting solutions.
• Capability to reconcile complex operational realities with a strong emphasis on simplicity and user-friendliness.
• A data-driven mindset for prioritization and decision-making, with the ability to establish outcomes and assess impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you can clarify complex issues and foster alignment among stakeholders.
• Self-motivated attitude: you take initiative and demonstrate ownership and urgency when required.
