Senior Product Manager, Exchange

• Own the Vision: Cultivate and advocate for a product vision within Cint’s Exchange. We invest strategically for significant long-term success, envisioning the future and communicating it effectively.

• Tell the Story: Skillfully convey the rationale behind your product strategy. Illuminate complex customer and technical challenges, motivating and aligning senior leadership and the wider organization with your vision.

• Execute with Excellence: Perform comprehensive opportunity assessments, supported by data and customer research, to validate assumptions and prioritize initiatives. Write clear and detailed product requirements, collaborating with R&D leadership to navigate intricate technical trade-offs.

• Partner to Win: Establish robust, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across R&D, Data Science, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Marketing to ensure cross-functional alignment and a successful market entry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Product Operator: You have a solid history of launching, operating, and scaling complex products, platforms, or services from concept to market, or of transforming existing products for their next growth phase.

• Customer-Obsessed: You excel at converting customer challenges in the ResTech and data sectors into clear, structured product requirements, supported by data and qualitative insights.

• Technical Expertise: You possess direct experience managing the complete lifecycle of API and UI-driven products and can effectively demonstrate delivering high-quality user experiences.

• Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and interest in how LLMs and modern coding stacks challenge established norms would be a significant advantage.

• Exceptional Communicator: You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and are recognized as a master storyteller. You can effectively collaborate with senior leadership and are adept at managing complex stakeholder relationships.

• Remote First: Capability to work autonomously in a remote-first setting.
