Senior Product Manager, Exchange

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Become a key member of our Product Team as a Senior Product Manager.

• Develop the strategic roadmap and guide the execution of our Demand services.

• Create and advocate for a product vision within your segment of Cint’s Exchange.

• Clearly articulate the rationale behind your product strategy.

• Perform comprehensive opportunity assessments, supported by data and customer insights, to validate assumptions and prioritize initiatives.

• Foster robust, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across R&D, Data Science, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Marketing to ensure cross-functional alignment and a successful go-to-market strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Product Operator: You have a successful history of launching, managing, and scaling complex products, platforms, or services from conception to market, or enhancing existing products for their next growth phase.

• Customer-Obsessed: You excel at converting customer challenges in the ResTech and data sectors into clear, structured product requirements, supported by data and qualitative insights.

• Technical Expertise: You possess hands-on experience overseeing the entire lifecycle of API and UI-driven products and can demonstrate the delivery of high-quality experiences.

• A solid understanding, experience, and curiosity regarding how LLMs and contemporary coding stacks challenge established norms would be a significant advantage.

• Exceptional Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are regarded as an expert storyteller. You can effectively collaborate with senior leadership and adeptly manage complex stakeholder relationships.
