Senior Product Manager, Exchange

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Own the Vision: Formulate and advocate for a product vision within Cint’s Exchange. We invest in long-term strategies that yield significant success, envisioning the future and clearly articulating it.

• Tell the Story: Skillfully convey the rationale behind your product strategy. Illuminate complex customer and technical challenges, inspiring and aligning senior leadership and the wider organization around your vision.

• Execute with Excellence: Perform comprehensive opportunity evaluations, supported by data and customer research, to confirm assumptions and prioritize initiatives. Draft precise, detailed product requirements and collaborate with R&D leadership to navigate intricate technical trade-offs.

• Partner to Win: Cultivate strong, reliable relationships with key stakeholders across R&D, Data Science, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Marketing to ensure cross-functional alignment and a successful go-to-market strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Product Operator: You possess a demonstrated history of launching, managing, and scaling intricate products, platforms, or services from inception to market, or revitalizing existing products for their next growth stage.

• Customer-Obsessed: You are skilled at translating customer challenges from the ResTech and data domains into clear, structured product requirements, supported by both data and qualitative insights.

• Technical Expertise: You have hands-on experience overseeing the entire lifecycle of API and UI-driven products and can clearly showcase delivering high-quality experiences.

• Familiarity with LLMs and contemporary coding frameworks, along with how they challenge established norms, would be a significant advantage.

• Exceptional Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are recognized as an adept storyteller. You can effectively collaborate with senior leadership and excel at managing complex stakeholder relationships.
