Senior Product Manager, Exchange AI

• Own the Vision: Formulate and advocate for a product vision that reimagines Cint’s Exchange through the agentic delivery of insights.

• Tell the Story: Skillfully convey the reasoning behind your product strategy. Illuminate complex customer and technical challenges, inspiring and aligning senior leadership and the wider organization around your vision.

• Execute with Excellence: Perform comprehensive opportunity assessments supported by data and customer research to validate assumptions and prioritize initiatives. Create clear and detailed product requirements and collaborate with R&D leadership to manage intricate technical trade-offs.

• Partner to Win: Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across R&D, Data Science, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Marketing to ensure cross-functional alignment and a successful market launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Product Operator: You have a demonstrated history of launching, managing, and scaling complex products, platforms, or services from concept to market, or revitalizing existing products for their next growth phase.

• Customer-Obsessed: You excel at translating customer challenges within the ResTech and data sectors into clear, structured product requirements, supported by quantitative and qualitative insights.

• Technical Expertise: You possess direct experience overseeing the full lifecycle of API and UI-driven products and can clearly demonstrate delivering high-quality user experiences.

• Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and interest in how LLMs and modern coding stacks challenge long-standing beliefs would be a significant advantage.

• Exceptional Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are recognized as an adept storyteller. You can effectively collaborate with senior leadership and are skilled at managing complex stakeholder dynamics.
