Senior Product Manager, ERP Lite

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the ERP Lite roadmap within Stord's OMS, building upon existing capabilities and continuously evolving the roadmap to position Stord as the essential operating system for brands, beyond just managing orders.

• Lead a committed engineering team through sprint planning, backlog oversight, and daily delivery, establishing the pace, eliminating obstacles, and ensuring the team has the necessary context to deliver without delays.

• Engage closely with the brands utilizing Stord's OMS and the finance and operations leaders within those organizations, gaining insights into their cost management, month-end reconciliation, and inventory decision-making processes, and translating those insights into product requirements that will replace their spreadsheets and point solutions.

• Monitor the ERP-lite competitive landscape diligently to identify areas where Stord can lead, where maintaining parity is adequate, and where adjustments to competitors' roadmaps may influence yours.

• Collaborate with Stord's AI, Logistics, and Commerce product teams to ensure ERP Lite capabilities are seamlessly integrated into the broader platform, especially where cost and operational data flow across product interfaces.

• Clearly and proactively communicate roadmap progress, trade-offs, and risks to leadership, serving as the authoritative voice on this track and expected to identify issues before they escalate into surprises.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience with a proven history of owning and delivering complex, multi-capability product domains.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams: crafting detailed requirements, facilitating sprint ceremonies, and maintaining a robust product backlog.

• Proficient in writing basic SQL to independently address your own data inquiries without relying on an analyst, and comfortable using tools like Jira for daily delivery management.

• You independently steer a roadmap, make decisions amid uncertainty, and take ownership of outcomes instead of merely activities—you are fully accountable for what this track delivers and what it does not.
